Class: Circuit / Strength / Cardiorespiratory Training
Alternates back and forth between cardio strength, upper body, lower body and core exercises. In this class we perform compound sets. Which means multiple sets in a row before taking a break. Work intervals can vary between 45, 50, 55 and 60 seconds. In one round you can expect anywhere from 8 to 10 stations. This intense, yet effective fast pace class will change the dynamics of your physique while ensuring that your muscle groups are activated on a daily basis.
